Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit extended summaries of not more than five pages including figures and references. Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission through the COCUS conference management system. Conference manuscripts should adhere to the standard IEEE two-column format for conferences. The following documents are available on the IEEE site to help authors:

Submitted papers must be unpublished and must not be currently under review for any other publication. If you are unsure whether your work falls within the scope of the conference, please contact us. Please submit your paper using COCUS by May 15 June 15, 2006.

Proposal for Demo

Proposals for demos are solicited. Demo proposals should consist of:

1. title and description of the demo,
2. infrastructure requirements,
3. biographical sketch of the presenter(s).

Panel Proposals

Today, Telecom Industry industry is moving in a new era where broadband wireless access is progressing quickly towards multi-access even though there are still technical challenges to tackle and new interesting business models are appearing in parallel for the benefit of customers. So, what will be the Telecom Industry orientations for the future?

This panel, including leaders of several Global operators and industrials, will discuss some key challenges, including:

Trends on ubiquitous networking 2010-2015

The panel must try to make a significant contribution to international understanding on these and other relevant issues. The panelists will seek opportunities to convert their discussions into an outcome to promote more effective efforts for the benefit of broadband wireless mobile communications.

Panel Proposals should consist of :

1. title and description of the panel (200-250 words),
2. proposed panelists and their Affiliation (Panel speakers should represent different organisations and from different regions)
3. biographical sketch of the organizer(s) or/and chair

If you are interested in participating in a session as panelist please submit the following information

1. name and affiliation
2. presentation and Title
3. presentation summary : 100 Words
4. biographical sketch
